This is an English translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Russian version at /privacy prevails.

Edition of 27 October 2026

This Privacy and personal data processing policy (the «Policy») supplements the Public offer and is an integral part of it. When we say «we», «us» or «our», we mean Sole proprietor Бучнева Татьяна Игоревна (INN 695010283150, OGRNIP 321695200033167). When we say «you» or «your», we mean you — the person who has used our services.

We provide services on the website https://easymag.ru (the «Website»). We are registered in Russia and located at: 170100, Тверская обл., г. Тверь, пл. Славы, д. 1, кв. 38. We consider it our duty to ensure the confidentiality of your data and process it in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ «On Personal Data» and other applicable laws.

The purpose of the Policy is to explain how we use the personal data received from you through the Website. Please read it before you continue using the Website. By using the Website, you agree to the terms of the Policy.

1. Consent to the processing of personal data

By giving consent to the processing of personal data when registering on the Website, paying for services or contacting support, you agree to the Policy and its application to the processing of your data. You may withdraw your consent at any time by sending an application to: 170100, Тверская обл., г. Тверь, пл. Славы, д. 1, кв. 38 or by writing to the Telegram support bot @easymag_support_bot. In cases provided by law, we may continue processing after the consent is withdrawn (for example, to fulfil obligations under the offer and to keep payment documents).

Consent to the processing of personal data given on the Website is equivalent to written consent in accordance with Part 4 of Art. 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ «On Personal Data».

2. What data we process

  • email address — to sign in to the account and send codes, receipts and support replies;
  • Telegram account data (ID, name and username) — if you sign in via the Telegram bot;
  • data you enter or upload for generation: descriptions, song lyrics and poems, selected parameters, photos and images, audio recordings, as well as the created tracks, images and covers;
  • payment details: amount, date, status and invoice number (we do not receive or store bank card data);
  • technical data: IP address, browser type, time of requests to the Website (server logs).

3. Purposes of processing

  • registration and authentication on the Website;
  • provision of services under the offer: creating, storing and delivering generation results;
  • accepting payments, keeping the coin balance, refunds and sending cash receipts;
  • user support, ensuring the security and operability of the Website.

Service messages — sign-in codes, receipts and notifications about payments, about your songs being ready and about their demo versions — are sent as part of providing the services.

We send discounts, promotions and news about the Website's features by email and in messengers (Telegram, MAX) to users who gave consent to this at registration (clause 9 of the public offer) or turned on the «Receive discounts and news» switch in the «Account linking» section. We keep the date and the method by which consent was given. You can withdraw it at any time with the same switch, the «Unsubscribe» link in an email or the «Don't send promotions» button in the bot.

4. Transfer of data to third parties

We transfer data only to the extent necessary to provide the services:

  • Robokassa LLC — to accept payments and issue cash receipts;
  • the Unisender Go transactional email service — to send sign-in codes;
  • a hosting provider and cloud storage in the Russian Federation — to host the Website and files;
  • neural network providers — only texts, generation parameters and files uploaded for it (photos, audio recordings), without email or other account data. Such providers may be located outside the Russian Federation; do not upload photos of other people or enter their personal data without their consent.

Data may also be provided at the lawful request of government authorities.

5. Storage and protection

Data is stored on servers in the Russian Federation. We apply organisational and technical protection measures: connection encryption (HTTPS), sign-in with a one-time code without storing passwords, restricted access to the servers. Data is kept while your account exists and is deleted at your request, except for information we are required to keep by law (for example, payment documents).

6. Your rights

You may request information about the processing of your data, its correction, deletion of the account and all generation results, as well as withdraw your consent — write to the Telegram support bot @easymag_support_bot or send an application to: 170100, Тверская обл., г. Тверь, пл. Славы, д. 1, кв. 38. We will reply within 10 business days.

7. Cookies, local storage and analytics

The Website stores an authorization token and the theme setting in the browser (localStorage). This data is needed for the Website to work.

To analyse traffic and improve the Website, we use the «Yandex Metrica» service (Yandex LLC), which uses cookies to collect anonymised data about visits: pages, actions on the site, device and browser type, approximate location. We do not pass your email to Metrica and do not use this data for identification. You can disable the collection in your browser settings or with a cookie blocker.

We also use Google Analytics (Google LLC, USA). It collects the same anonymised data about visits (cookies, pages and actions on the site, device and browser type, approximate location by IP address) and processes it on servers outside Russia — this is a cross-border data transfer, to which you agree by using the Website. Your email, name and order contents are not passed to Google Analytics. You can disable the collection with a cookie blocker or the Google Analytics Opt-out extension.

8. Changes to the Policy

We may update the Policy by publishing a new edition on this page. By continuing to use the Website after the changes, you agree to the new edition.
